Assessment context
Example decision: determine whether an imaginary deployment has enough evidence for an acceptance review. The configuration, requirement IDs and findings below are invented teaching examples. No real performance, compliance or vendor validation is asserted.
Requirement R-01 · PASS (synthetic)
Example only: a fixture inventory contains the fields required by an imaginary inventory checklist. PASS applies to that illustrative requirement, not to a real GPU cluster. Evidence reference: synthetic inventory fixture; no hardware provenance.
Requirement R-02 · FAIL (synthetic)
Example only: an imaginary expected mapping differs from an imaginary observed mapping. A valid mismatch would be a finding to investigate. No real node, fabric or customer environment is identified.
Requirement R-03 · NOT TESTED (synthetic)
Example only: no authorized active-test window is available. There is no measurement to evaluate. If this requirement is mandatory, acceptance remains unresolved.
Requirement R-04 · INCONCLUSIVE (synthetic)
Example only: the observation lacks enough topology context to decide whether the requirement was met. Obtain the missing context before interpreting a result.
Requirement R-05 · EXECUTION ERROR (synthetic)
Example only: a collector could not run because a required tool was unavailable. Record the attempted method, error and next action. Do not transform the missing output into PASS.
Decision and next actions
Illustrative overall conclusion: acceptance is not established. The requirement owner must resolve failed and missing evidence, approve any exception and define a retest. Delivery of an assessment report does not itself accept the environment.
