Who receives your information
Tunninet Inc. receives the information you submit. Use the contact form for privacy questions or deletion requests, or write to info@tunninet.com. The contact form provides an on-screen saved receipt.
What we collect and why
Contact forms collect your name, email and message so the team can review your inquiry. Please do not include identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Private review, not public content
Submissions are stored privately in the hosted application database. They are not added to public pages or a mailing list. No email confirmation is currently sent. Music links are not automatically fetched, downloaded or published.
Retention and deletion
The submission review period is 180 days unless a further purpose is separately agreed. Expired content is removed when the website is next accessed or the review queue is opened. The operator can delete it earlier. Deletion removes the active submission content; minimal content-free review records may remain. Encrypted recovery copies expire separately under the operator’s backup retention policy and may retain older copies until then.
Security and abuse prevention
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, bounded form validation and short-lived form tokens. An irreversible keyed identifier derived from a network address helps limit abuse; the raw address is not stored with the submission. Rate-limit records are retained for up to a day. Request logs may separately contain technical network information under the host’s operational retention.
Cookies and external services
These public pages do not use advertising cookies, third-party fonts or analytics scripts. Operator login is separate and uses authentication cookies. External links lead to services with their own privacy terms. A click is not proof of a stream, subscription or purchase.
Your choices
Providing information is voluntary. Submit only information needed for the inquiry. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact route. There is no bundled marketing opt-in.
